Background:
The Property Collective is a real estate agency, with a full service offering in Canberra and property management services in Brisbane.
The Problem:
TPC required some items of collateral for their real estate agents to use, chiefly a property sale timeline and an agent flyer. The timeline in particular required a re-design to ensure it was modern and in line with TPC’s brand. These items needed to be created in line with TPC’s style guide and appear seamless from their other documents and collateral.
The Solution:
The finished agent flyer template and property sale timeline strongly reflect the TPC brand, and convey the brand message of being professional yet bold.
